Society Hill Condominiums is a mature community approximately thirty years old. It is comprised of 375 units in 43 buildings. The amenities include 3 swimming pools, 3 tennis courts, 1 multi-purpose court, 1 full size basketball court and a children's playground. The common area is beautifully landscaped and covered with mature flowering trees. Society Hill Condominiums is situated on a 40 acre site (+/-) located on the South West side of Springdale Road near route 70.

We are a very stable community, many of our residents have lived here for 15 years or longer. We are now experiencing a turn over of younger married professionals with children. Less than 10% of our units are rentals, the balance are owner occupied.

The Municipal Building, Police Headquarters, 3 Fire Stations and First Aid Squads are within 4 miles. Public and Parochial Schools are nearby. There are 3 Hospitals and numerous medical facilities in the area. Public Libraries, YMCA & YWCA facilities are all in the area. Camden County Community College is a neighbor. The community is near Interstate 295 and the New Jersey Turnpike. Atlantic City is approximately 1 hour away.

It is a very caring and well educated community. Most members of the Board of Trustees are executives or professionals. In many cases they have served the community on more than one occasion as an officer or trustee.
